Email Template

The Email Template page controls the appearance and content of every results email sent from your store via Resend. Go to Email Template in the sidebar to configure it. You must have Resend connected before emails will be sent — see Resend integration.

Controls what appears at the top of the email in the header area.

Logo URL — enter a public URL pointing to your logo image. PNG or SVG recommended, max 2 MB. The logo is displayed at up to 180px wide and 40px tall, maintaining aspect ratio.

Upload — click Upload to upload a logo file directly from your computer. Once uploaded, the logo appears in the header preview. You can click Replace to swap it for a different file, Remove to clear it, or Use URL to switch back to entering a link manually.

If no logo is set, the store name is displayed as plain text in the header instead.

Accent color​

The primary brand color used for buttons and links inside the email. Defaults to #6366f1. Click the color swatch or type a hex value to change it.

Intro message​

The paragraph of copy shown below the greeting at the top of the email body. Defaults to:

Leave blank to use the default.

Show / hide sections​

These toggles control which sections appear in the email.

Show product images — displays the product image thumbnail on each product row. On by default.

Show product prices — displays the product price below the product name. On by default.

View product button — displays a button on each product row linking directly to the product page on your store. On by default. When enabled, you can customise the button text (default: "View product").

Retake quiz button — displays a "Retake quiz" link at the bottom of the email. On by default. When enabled, you can set a Retake URL — the link shoppers are taken to when they click it. If left blank, the link goes to your store's homepage. Set it to your quiz embed page URL so shoppers land directly on the quiz.

Footer text​

Small print text shown at the very bottom of the email below a divider. Use this for your store address, unsubscribe notice, or any legal text. Leave blank to hide the footer entirely.

Preview​

The right side of the page shows a live preview of the email as you edit. It uses example product data to show how product rows will appear. The preview reflects all toggle states, colors, and text changes in real time.

The preview is a close approximation — minor rendering differences may appear between email clients (Gmail, Apple Mail, Outlook, etc.) since each handles HTML email slightly differently.

Saving​

Click Save template in the top-right corner. The template applies to all result emails sent from your store, across all quizzes.

Per-quiz email subject​

The email subject line is set per quiz, not in the template. To change it:

  1. Open the quiz in the Quiz Builder
  2. Click Results Screen at the bottom of the question list
  3. Scroll to the Email results card
  4. Edit the Email subject line field
  5. Click Save changes

Each product's View product button links to the product's page on your store. For Shopify stores the URL is yourstore.com/products/product-handle. For WooCommerce stores it is yourstore.com/product/product-slug.

Links are constructed from the product data synced from your store. If a product has no handle or slug, the button links to # (no destination). Make sure your products are synced and have handles/slugs set in your store.
