Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel your ShopperQuiz subscription and what happens when you do.
1. How to cancel
You can cancel your ShopperQuiz subscription directly from your dashboard — no need to contact us.
Go to Settings → Plan & Billing and click Cancel subscription. Your plan switches to Free immediately.
If you have trouble cancelling from the dashboard, contact us at [email protected] and we will cancel on your behalf. We do not require a reason for cancellation.
2. Processing time
When cancelling from the dashboard, your subscription is cancelled immediately — no waiting, no manual steps.
If you contact support to cancel, we aim to process every request within one hour on business days.
3. What happens after cancellation
- Your subscription is cancelled immediately — you will not be charged again.
- Your account is downgraded to the Free plan. You retain access to ShopperQuiz on the Free plan limits.
- All your quizzes, questions, and settings are preserved. Nothing is deleted.
- Your synced product catalog, quiz responses, and shopper data remain intact.
4. Shopify merchants
Cancelling from Settings → Plan & Billing in your ShopperQuiz dashboard cancels the Shopify app subscription automatically — no need to do anything in your Shopify admin.
Alternatively, uninstalling the ShopperQuiz app from your Shopify admin will also end the subscription with Shopify.
5. WooCommerce merchants
Cancelling from Settings → Plan & Billing in your ShopperQuiz dashboard cancels your Paystack subscription automatically. You will not be charged again.
6. Refunds
Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the charge and we will review it.
7. Reactivation
You can reactivate your subscription at any time from the Settings page in your ShopperQuiz dashboard. Your previous quizzes and data will still be there.
