Billing — Shopify

Shopify merchants are billed directly through Shopify's managed billing system. Charges appear on your Shopify invoice alongside your other app subscriptions — there is no separate card or payment account needed.

How it works

When you click Upgrade on a plan in Settings → Plan & Billing, you are redirected to your Shopify admin to review and approve the subscription charge. Once you approve, Shopify confirms the subscription and you are brought back to your ShopperQuiz dashboard with the new plan active.

Billing is managed entirely by Shopify — renewal, payment retries, and cancellation all happen through Shopify's billing system.

Renewal

Your subscription renews every 30 days. The next renewal date is shown in your Plan & Billing section. Shopify charges your payment method on file automatically at each renewal.

Cancelling

To cancel your ShopperQuiz subscription, uninstall the ShopperQuiz app from Shopify Admin → Apps. Shopify cancels the active subscription as part of the uninstall. Your plan reverts to Free — your quizzes and all your data are kept intact.

Charges on your invoice

ShopperQuiz charges appear as a recurring app charge on your Shopify invoice, the same place all your other Shopify app subscriptions are listed.
