Responses

The Responses page shows every individual quiz session — who took the quiz, what answers they gave, and what products were recommended to them. Available on the Starter plan and above.

On the Free plan, the Responses table is locked. Upgrade to Starter or above to access individual response data.

Filters

At the top of the page, four filters let you narrow the response list:

  • Quiz — filter by a specific quiz, or view all quizzes
  • Date range — filter by when the session occurred
  • Status — All, Completed only, or Started only (started = did not reach results)
  • Search — search by shopper name or email address

The summary chips below the filters update as you change your filters and show: Total responses, Completed responses, and the Completion rate for the filtered set.

Responses table

Each row in the table represents one quiz session:

ColumnWhat it shows
DateWhen the session started
QuizWhich quiz was taken
ShopperName and email if provided, or "Anonymous" if no email was collected
StatusCompleted (green) or Started (grey — did not finish)
ProductsNumber of products recommended (blank for incomplete sessions)

The table shows 50 responses per page. Use the pagination controls at the bottom to move between pages.

Expanding a response

Click any row to expand it and see the full detail for that session.

Answers Given — every question the shopper answered, with the label of the answer they selected. For multiple-select questions, all selected answers are listed.

Recommended Products — the products that were shown to this shopper on the results screen, in the order they were ranked. Each product shows its image, name, and price as they appeared at the time of the quiz.

The recommended products snapshot is captured at the time the quiz was completed — it reflects the ranking the shopper actually saw, even if product prices or availability have changed since.

Anonymous responses

If a shopper completes the quiz without entering their email (or if email collection is disabled on the welcome screen), their session is recorded as Anonymous. Their answers and recommended products are still captured — only their identity is missing.
